This place has potential, but falls short in execution. The artists are talented and the shop itself is decently appointed. However, communication could be significantly improved – booking appointments felt like navigating a maze, and clarifying design details was met with impatience. While my final tattoo turned out okay, the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed.

Walking into this place, the energy was undeniably cool, edgy even. The artists themselves were skilled and clearly talented, that much is evident. However, the communication felt a bit off. Designs weren't quite honed to my vision despite multiple attempts, and scheduling felt chaotic. While I walked away with decent ink, the overall experience left me wanting more polish and attentiveness from the staff.
